Structured Literacy Support

Online/Virtual Structured Literacy Support

I have spent the last year and a half developing an engaging Structured Literacy support curriculum for online learning.  This curriculum is multisensory, structured and sequential,  individualized and is based on the Orton-Gillingham approach.  Lessons are delivered using engaging tools and platforms that help students focus and engage in their learning.

Structured Literacy support online lessons are typically 60 minutes long. The frequency of lessons is important in OG.  Lesson times range from twice per week all the way up to four times per week depending on the student's needs and availability.  The minimum frequency for Structured Literacy support lessons is twice per week.

Tech Requirements:

  • Internet access with excellent WI-Fi connection

  • Video camera (internal or external)

  • A computer or laptop computer

  • A good quality set of headphones with microphone (optional)

  • A tablet and good quality stylus (optional)

  • A printer (optional)
