This will help me get to know your family and your child better. It will also help me create an individualized intervention plan specific to your child

Once you have completed your survey, you are invited to book your *FREE* consultation.
This appointment will include a consultation with your assigned interventionist where you will review your child's individual needs and discuss the plan moving forward.
finalize your schedule and assessment details
During this step, your lesson schedule will be reviewed and solidified. You will be asked to complete a Client Engagement Agreement and you will be given our Lesson Calendar.
Your child's initial diagnostic assessment will be scheduled and lessons will begin according to your assigned schedule.
